• Precise Location (GPS) – used to pick up and deliver packages accurately
• Courier matching and real-time delivery tracking

Location data may be collected while the app is in use and, where permitted, in the background to ensure proper delivery updates.

• Device ID – for security, fraud prevention, and account integrity

2. Permissions We Use

PCouriers may request the following permissions:

• Location Access – delivery routing, tracking, and courier matching
• Phone Number Access – account verification and delivery communication
• Internet Access – to connect to our servers and provide real-time services
• Notifications – delivery updates, order status, and important alerts

We only request permissions that are required for the core functionality of the App.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) Data Policy Compliance

PCouriers complies with Meta Platforms, Inc. data protection and developer policies. If you interact with PCouriers through Meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, we may receive limited metadata including your public profile name, profile picture, phone number, and message content strictly for communication, customer support, and service delivery purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or misuse data obtained through Meta services. Data received via Meta platforms is used only to provide package delivery services, delivery notifications, and customer assistance.

Data obtained through Meta platforms is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
